As more eSIM-compatible devices are released, the following list will continue to expand.
To use eSIM, your device must be carrier unlocked and eSIM compatible. Please refer to the list below to see if your device supports eSIM technology. (Note that specific country/region and carrier restrictions may apply.)
Please note:
- The list will be updated as more eSIM-compatible devices are released.
- While we aim to make the list as complete as possible, it is not exhaustive — your device may be eSIM compatible if it is not listed.

The following Apple devices do not have eSIM functionality:
- iPhone devices from mainland China.
- iPhone devices from Hong Kong and Macau (except iPhone 13 Mini, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS).
For iPhones and iPads purchased in Turkey:
- If your device was first set up after June 23, 2020, your eSIM will be activated upon installation. If eSIM is not enabled, contact your carrier.
- For devices set up before the above date, follow the steps in this link to activate your eSIM. You may be required to erase your device's data during the process; ensure you back up your device before doing so.
Only iPad devices with Wi-Fi + Cellular functionality support eSIM.
To check if your IOS device is unlocked from a carrier, follow these steps:
- Open Settings
- Tap General
- Select About
- Check Carrier Lock
- If it says No SIM Restrictions, your device is unlocked.
- Scroll down to Available SIM (Applicable for iOS 15 and above)
- If an IMEIis displayed, it means the device supports eSIM.
- Carrier Lock Status
- If it shows Unavailable under Carrier Lock, it means the device is locked and cannot use eSIM.
- Note:If your device has multiple SIM cards, it is recommended to temporarily disable or remove one card before downloading the eSIM.
By following these steps, you can check if your iPhone supports eSIM and if it is unlocked from a carrier.
ANDROID DEVICE:
To determine if your Android device is unlocked from a carrier, follow these steps:
- Go to Settings
- Tap on Connections or Network & Internet
- Tap on Mobile Network
- Tap on Network Operators
If the search only returns one result or if you cannot find the option to Search Networks in the network menu, then your phone is locked to a specific carrier.
If your phone displays multiple available networks, it means it is unlocked.
Please note that the names of the settings might vary slightly on different Android devices.

- All Galaxy FE “Fan Edition” models, except Galaxy S23 FE.
- US versions of Galaxy S20, S21*, and Note 20 Ultra.
Except for Galaxy S23, S23+, S23 Ultra, Z Flip4, Z Fold4, Z Flip5, Z Fold5, A54 5G, and Galaxy S23 FE, most Samsung Galaxy devices purchased in Korea do not support eSIM.
eSIM availability for the Galaxy A54 5G varies by country/region and carrier. Please contact your carrier or device manufacturer to confirm if your Galaxy A54 5G device supports eSIM.
Galaxy S21 series devices (except FE models) in Canada and the US have eSIM functionality as long as the One UI 4 update is installed. Please contact your carrier or device manufacturer to confirm if your Samsung device supports eSIM.
