"PDP authentication failure" may be related to your settings or the data/validity period of your eSIM.
Please check if you have experienced any of the following:
- Set up the APN (all lowercase, all one word) according to the information on the eSIM installation page.
- Ensure there is remaining data on your eSIM: If you try to connect without remaining data, you may encounter this error.
- You have connected to a supported network as advised on the eSIM installation page.
- To find the eSIM installation page and all the details, go to "My eSIM > Details > Install eSIM" and scroll down. At this point, please reset network settings.
If the above steps don't help, try resetting network settings:
- Go to "Settings" on your device.
- Navigate to "General."
- Go to "Reset."
- Select "Reset Network Settings."
- Restart your device.
Resetting network settings will reset existing Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular network settings, as well as VPN and APN settings.
